Did you know that approximately 80% of our brain’s neurons are connected to our hands? LEGO® Serious Play® (LSP) is a facilitated thinking, communication, and problem-solving technique that allows participants to “think through their fingers.”

LEGO® Serious Play® recognizes the power of diverse viewpoints and understands that the best solutions come from hearing all voices in the room. Are you familiar with the 20-80 model of meetings? That is, 20% of the people do 80% of the talking and decision making? LSP disrupts that by shifting to a 100-100 model. That is, 100% of the people participate 100% of the time. Drawing from extensive research in business, psychology and learning, and organizational development, LSP workshops change “lean backward meetings” to “lean forward meetings,” leading to more participation, more insights, more commitment, and faster implementation.
